Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we currently do not offer delivery options outside Australia.

All Angelcare Baby Monitors sold through our websites are models specifically designed and developed for Australia and comply with all relevant frequency and power requirements. These products should not be exported to, or used in, countries other than Australia. If shipped, used or sold to another country, any manufacturer’s warranty will become invalid and no after-sales service can be provided.

Order under $100 have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.
All orders to WA & NT incur a flat fee of $20.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timeframes are within 3-10 working days depending on your location.

Order & Payment


You can submit an order for products by completing the details required in your shopping cart and by fully completing the order and payment process.  All prices are reflected in AUD Dollars and include GST where applicable. Goods supplied are new, unless otherwise specified and are not for resale.


Once you’ve finished adding items to the shopping basket, you’ll be taken through to either PayPal where your payment will be processed securely, or your payment will be processed securely through Stripe. In addition to the Consumer Guarantees, all new products sold by are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that accompanies the product. makes no additional or independent warranty in addition to the Consumer Guarantees or those offered by the manufacturer of a product.

The manufacturer’s warranty applies to all products sold through this website and is only valid if the product is used in Australia. All Angelcare Baby Monitors are Australian Distributor stock sold with specific Australian mains adaptors.  Exporting to, using in, or selling to another country will void any and all manufacturer’s warranty.

Refurbished Items

Refurbished goods purchased via this site are subject to D.O.A. provisions.  This means, that should any refurbished item purchased arrive in a non-working condition, will repair or replace that item (at discretion) free of charge to the consumer. All claims for D.O.A products must be made within 7 days of receipt. No claim will be accepted after this time.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do accept returns. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and the goods will need to be returned to us in the same condition they were received.

We are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges for refurbished items. shall under no circumstances, except where the consumer guarantees apply, be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or opportunity, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
